This amazing worker, Norman, arrived and helped me above and beyond my needs. He was a blessing to my work day and helped me make it home to my family without trouble.
We had a blow out on the front right tire in our motorhome yesterday morning on the 40 in Barstow. The entire team at American Towing was awesome to deal with. They brought us a used wheel and tire to limp it to their shop. They stayed and worked overtime to repair some neccessary damage, new tires and got us on our way home that evening. It was a very long day, but, so grateful for team American for taking care of us and our coach.
Big Truck unit#01. Nice rig great driver, very polite. We were on the 40 Barstow and Mando was there in a timely matter. Mando kudos to you! You are awesome and you treated our rig like it was your own. Keep doing what you are doing and American Towing is lucky to have a driver like you! Also reasonably priced. If we need any towing we will call American Towing Ca again! :)
Steve who is the operations manager at the location in Ridgecrest California received a call from AAA letting him know that I needed a tow. I was in the middle of the desert on the side of the highway with a blown out tire on my way to Las Vegas. Steve realized that he was not the closest towing location and called AAA back and let them know that they needed to call a different towing service. Steve also called me and reassured me that someone would be coming to help me soon. By the time Steve called me I had already been sitting on the side of the highway for almost 2 hours. I was so grateful that he took the time to call and let me know what was happening. When I called AAA several times I kept getting a recording rather than being able to speak to an individual. Steve really made my day with his help and support.
We had to be towed not once but twice and Richie came out and took amazing care of us both times. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great asset to your company Thank you for everything Richie
