American Towing is the best. They showed up a half hour earlier than expected and within minutes had my car on the truck and we were on the road. Being towed is never fun but Rocky was the best, making sure we were comfortable and keeping great conversation with us for the 45 minute ride. The man deserves a raise. Thank you all at American towing and recovery.
My experience as AAA member was excellent all the way through. The phone call from the dispatcher to the arrival and execution of the tow service. It was clear David knew what he was doing, he was professional, effiecient and safe! When he downloaded the vehicle in the requested location, he showed genuine skill.
