Absolutely MASSIVE, outstanding, glowing, sparkling 5 star review to Jeff and Josh for their help and dedication over MLK weekend. Made a trip back home to LA from Vegas and my car broke down on the 15. Stressed as ever, got in contact with AAA who sent out Jeff to rescue us and take us to a gas station and jump start us. When we realized we weren’t going to be able to make it any further, Jeff was well-prepared to tow us the rest of the way back to LA, even following a 12+ hour work day. We instead were handed off to Josh, who had ALREADY been to LA and back THAT DAY, but he got my car up on the bed and got us back home safely. Both guys were absolute stand up humans who love their jobs and I am so grateful we were in great hands through a terrifying endeavor. Cant say enough nice things.

This towing service is absolutely hands down a class act !! They are very professional and fast service. I needed roadside service and they put me back on the road in no time at all with outstanding work. I will definitely call on them for any of my needs 👍👍👍

American Towing is the best. They showed up a half hour earlier than expected and within minutes had my car on the truck and we were on the road. Being towed is never fun but Rocky was the best, making sure we were comfortable and keeping great conversation with us for the 45 minute ride. The man deserves a raise. Thank you all at American towing and recovery.

My experience as AAA member was excellent all the way through. The phone call from the dispatcher to the arrival and execution of the tow service. It was clear David knew what he was doing, he was professional, effiecient and safe! When he downloaded the vehicle in the requested location, he showed genuine skill. He was professional, polite and communicated well with us. Very appreciated. Thank you again!
