My water pump went out on I15. The tow truck got there within 20 minutes. My truck was pulled into the shop at 3 pm and was finished by 5. David was a very professional technician that did an incredible job. I made it all the way back to Minot ND with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this maintenance shop to anyone that is in need of work done to their vehicle. Thanks again guys you are great.

The tow truck driver was very helpful and courteous very smart man.

We can't say enough about American from the tow truck driver who picked us up when we got at the shop we stayed in our trailer out in front of the property and it was a difficult fix that had to be done on our trailer the tire flew off of the trailer and sheared the lug nuts off they got us and they worked on it all the next morning got us back on the road from the very start of our experience with them to have a sitting in the office at the property because it was warmer to ask if we needed help hooking up the trailer when we left David the shop manager was so good at explaining everything and every detail as I said before one of the best experiences I've ever had dealing with a towing company American Towing went above and beyond what we could have asked for and Mr. Ralph the owner is a delightful man to sit and talk to We thank them for making a bad experience into a good one
